In a post war world, where water is lethal and tattoos are necessary to survive. Nora lives a normal life as a tattoo artist, with her 3 best friends, 2 of them raised as simblings, and the other one is Barne her dog. She is content with her life. Freedom to have fun and fulfilled with a job in service to a greater good. However, something that happened years ago, is now coming back, is this good or bad news? It's whatever it needs to be, it's a Nora kinda vibe!
